Rebilling Clause for Express Shipping Packages

In the event that additional charges are incurred during the shipping process for express packages due to reasons such as, but not limited to, incorrect address information provided by the sender or recipient, package dimensions or weight differing from the declared values, or any unforeseen circumstances leading to increased shipping costs, the following rebilling policy will apply:

  1. Notification: We Ship Worldwide will make reasonable efforts to notify the sender or responsible party via the contact information provided regarding any additional charges incurred within [specify timeframe, e.g., 48 hours] of identifying the discrepancy.
  2. Rebilling Procedure: Upon notification of additional charges, the sender or responsible party agrees to promptly provide payment to cover the increased shipping costs. Payment will be charged on the payment method used originally for shipping.

  4. Failure to Remit Payment: Failure to remit payment for the additional charges within the specified timeframe may result in delayed delivery or additional administrative fees.
  5. Dispute Resolution: In the event of a dispute regarding the additional charges, both parties agree to engage in good faith discussions to resolve the discrepancy. However, We Ship Worldwide reserves the right to withhold or delay package delivery until the discrepancy is resolved.

This rebilling clause is an integral part of utilizing We Ship Worldwide express shipping services and constitutes an agreement between the sender or responsible party and We Ship Worldwide regarding additional charges incurred during the shipping process. By utilizing our express shipping services, the sender or responsible party agrees to comply with the terms outlined in this rebilling clause.
